Mano Poderosa

Cast furnace glass
63 H x 33 W x 10 D cm

All objects are in a continuous process of becoming artefacts. In a state of becoming, of flux, these objects momentarily exist in our present.

The Mano Poderosa is the all-powerful hand: the hand which blesses, that makes, that signals, that communicates concrete or symbolic meaning, that emphasizes, that touches, that with which the sense of touch is experienced. The all-powerful hand caresses, gives and heals.
