Transition
Cast glass
35 H x 35 W x 10 D cm
Transition is concerned with the way glass transmits light - deep in some areas, almost translucent in others - using thick-thin folds and curves in the glass. I wanted to give the piece a very tactile feel, to challenge the hardness of the glass by giving the form a softness.
